Mike & Saunie Rothwell
Senior Pastor/Minister of Music
Mike Rothwell joined our staff full time in 2001 as Worship Leader and Director of the Music Ministry. He accepted the position of Interim Pastor in May 2005 then was voted as Senior Pastor on November 20, 2005. He and his wife Saunie coordinate all aspects of music and worship at New Covenant. Mike and Saunie live in Lone Oak and have three children: David, Christina and Candice.

Sharon Stinson
Office Administrator/Women's Ministry/Care Ministry
Sharon Stinson joined the staff as a Family and Marriage Counselor in 1997. She and her husband Gary live in Lone Oak They have three children, Scott Stinson, Lisa Rodgers and Tracy Hunt and six grandsons and two granddaughters.
Sharon now serves as Women's Ministry Coordinator and Office Administrator. Sharon is also coordinator of our Care Ministry that welcomes visitors to New Covenant. She works with several teams who meet and greet visitors and lets them know we appreciate their visit to NCC.
Kathy Bagwell
Bookkeeper
Kathy Bagwell joined our staff in June 1998. She serves New Covenant as Bookkeeper. Kathy and her husband Ray live in Lone Oak. They have two children, Jenny Barnhill of Whiteville, NC and Billy Bagwell who lives in Lone Oak. They also have three grandsons, Garrett Bagwell and Ethan and Aaron Barnhill.

Gary Eckelkamp
Church Treasurer
Gary has been a member at New Covenant since the fall of 1996. He works closely with the elders and the finance committee to oversee the financial needs of the church. He is presently an elder. He holds the privilege of serving the Lord and His church as a tremendous honor. Gary works as an insurance agent through Allstate, at Eckelkamp Insurance Agency, in downtown Paducah . He and his wife Kathy live in Lone Oak. They have three children- Zeke, Patrick, and Shannon.
Elaine Brelsford
Children, Youth and Nursery Coordinator
Elaine Brelsford joined the staff of New Covenant Church as Children's Ministry Coordinator in 2002. She is responsible for policies, educational programs, Sunday School, Covenant Kids (Children's Church), Vacation Bible School, and any other programs that pertain to the overall Christian education of youth, children and infants at New Covenant. Elaine holds a masters degree in Pastoral Counseling and Psychology. She and her husband Gregg live in Lone Oak and have three children, Nate, Natalie and Nolan.
